The second Dialogue on Poverty and Human Rights created a space to examine the relationship between poverty, dignity, equality and accountability.

Objectives

  • Analyse poverty from a human rights perspective.
  • Discuss how inequality and social injustice exacerbate poverty.
  • Highlight state obligations and share good practices from African states.
