9th World Congress Against the Death Penalty
Participation in the international gathering of the abolitionist movement held in Paris.
The congress brought together institutions, civil society, judges, journalists and young activists around the goal of moving towards universal abolition of the death penalty.
During the meeting, the Special Rapporteur met representatives of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
